OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive project to provide academic counseling and a “bridge program” to improve student learning, promote student success, expand curricula offerings, and increase access to post-secondary education for a minimum of 30 high school students as part of a cohort, as measured by student enrollment records, pre & post placement exams, college transcripts, course records, IPEP, and internal and external evaluation results.
2. Integrate the place-based learning methodologies into the teaching and learning practices to promote institutional engagement in the delivery of educational services which will encourage the academic engagement of our students and improvement of learning experiences to foster social responsibility, community involvement, and research that contributes to the social, economic, and cultural well-being of the residents of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, as measured by project records to record the level of community involvement, the number of community members involved, and internal and external evaluation reports.

OBJECTIVES:
1. During the project period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2012, Stone Child College will develop and implement a comprehensive Native American Career and Technical Education Program in partnership with the Box Elder and Rocky Boy communities, the Chippewa Cree Tribe, and the Chippewa Cree Community Development Corporation on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation as measured by project records, documents, and internal/external evaluation results.
2. During the project period of October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2012, Stone Child College will develop and implement a comprehensive Native American Career and Technical Education Program which will provide education, training, job readiness skills, and work experience to a minimum of fifty (50) full-time adults per year in Construction Technology (2-year Certificate), Teacher Education (Associate Degree), and Customer Relations (2-year Certificate) as measured by 85% of the participants earning an associate degree and/or a certificate of completion, and 75% being successfully placed in the work experience component or transferring to a four-year institution.
3. During the project period of October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2012, Stone Child College will provide career and guidance counseling, on the job work experience, and job and continuing education placement services through our Native American Career and Technical Education Program to a minimum of 150 American Indian students on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation as measured by participant records, files, statistical data, and internal and external evaluation reports.

FUNDING YEARS________________________________________________September 30, 2008 – September 29, 2013
OBJECTIVES:
1. Increase the number of Associate and Bachelor Degrees earned by Head Start classroom personnel, as measured by attaining compliance with the Head Start Educational Standards.
2. During the project period of September 30, 2008 through September 29, 2013, Stone Child College, in partnership with the Rocky Boy Head Start, will develop and implement a comprehensive model education program that will result in a minimum of 10 Head Start Classroom and Ancillary personnel achieving Associates Degrees in Early Childhood ducation by the end of the grant period.
3. During the project period of September 30, 2008 through September 29, 2013, Stone Child College, in partnership with the Rocky Boy Head Start, will develop and implement a comprehensive model education program that will result in a minimum of five (5) Head Start Classroom Teachers and Ancillary personnel completing their Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development by the end of the grant period.

OBJECTIVES:
1. A significant need for general library materials.
2. Our library’s technological capacity requires up-grades and expansion to provide up-to-date computer services and access to the card catalog to be commensurate with the library services of other communities
3. Community involvement is low, which will be corrected with implementation of community activities.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Increase information relating to Science and Technology found to be outdated to meet the needs of the academic
curriculum.
2. With the assistance from the library board and community member, an increase in materials relating to the Vocational Education will be incorporated. Workshops in basic home/car maintenance will be incorporated to offer hands on training for community members.
3. To set aside funds and search for grant to assist in the purchase of a security gate to be placed at the entrance of the library.
