“Southwest Arts magazine named Jesse Henderson one of the top young Indian artists in the country in 2005.” He won two awards in the competition, which is among the most prestigious in the nation. Henderson
received awards for Best in Classification and Best in Division for an oil painting called ”Stick Game”.
Jesse Henderson was commissioned to design a blanket for the Pendelton
Woolen Mills Legendary Blanket series. Henderson, a Chippewa-Cree artist from the Rocky Boy
Reservation in northern Montana, worked with his tribal spiritual leaders to design the blanket depicting

Only 50 signed and numbered prints of each painting will be done. These are Giclee’ Prints. a Giclee’ print
is what museums, galleries, and serious collectors prefer to have and use for their exhibits. The print
has a minimum life expectancy of 250 years. These prints are available for purchase at Stone Child
College. Each print is priced at $200 a piece and special pricing is available with the purchase of five
