To provide the Chippewa-Cree people with trained human resources and personnel;

To assist people in being active, productive members of their community and of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe.

Cultural

To present the Chippewa-Cree perspective in teaching within the professional, occupational and community programs;

To preserver, perpetuate, and promote research of the Chippewa-Cree culture and language;

To provide opportunities for students to integrate Chippewa-Cree language and culture into their personal and professional lifestyles.

Academic

Students will be given access to higher education through;

College Introductory Coursework;

Vocational education/training;

Degree programs;

College transfer programs to continue academic studies;

Certificate of completion;

Continuing education.

Students will be able to integrate the Chippewa-Cree culture/tradition/language/ history/wisdom/knowledge across and within all curricular programs at SCC.

Students will be able to function in a technological world.

Community

To assist in determining the developmental needs of the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation;

To assist the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation in furthering its economic goals;

To provide continuing and community education;

To provide the community with students that understand learning is a life long process.

Institution

To provide continual assessment of institutional programs and students academic achievement;

To collaborate with other institutions and agencies in furthering the interests of the college;

To provide efficient and effective administration and educational support services for Stone Child College.
